Area of Alpha Band in EEG for Stability Analysis
Measuring the area under the alpha band of an EEG spectrum as a quantitative index of restfulness, with an autoencoder trained to denoise the signal before the spectrum is taken.

I’m an undergraduate student studying Chemical Physics and Mathematics at Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
I’m interested in the mathematical structures underlying the physical world, the questions that emerge when we try to understand it, and the unexpected connections between science, philosophy, literature, and art.
H = V·s/L + E·Σ Aᵢ cos(kᵢ·r − ωᵢt + φᵢ)
Three families of streamlines, each the level sets of its own stream function: a bent, slowly turning drift that breathes along the flow, with travelling waves under a slow envelope. Every line stays open; where the families cross, weight and opacity give the depth.
Three ways the same curiosity has been put to work — a research question, a model made interactive, a mathematical structure made visual.

A QSAR classification study on 1055 compounds: whether 41 molecular descriptors, computed from structure alone, are enough to tell a readily biodegradable chemical from one that persists.
Ongoing investigation; earlier manuscript and poster completed
How the structure of a network decides whether a group of agents can agree — worked through adjacency, degree and Laplacian matrices, and simulated on graphs from four nodes to a hundred.
An early exploration
A developing interest, not a research project: whether the mathematics used to describe perception has anything to say about the choices made in art, and where the analogy stops being useful.
